There is the spectacular mirrored woodland sauna to retreat to, followed by a refreshing cold shower - perfect for unwinding after an action-packed day, or after an in-cabin Pilates session.

Border View Cottage

Border View sits in a row of traditional farm cottages at Tiptoe Farm. The accommodation is very spacious, sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and has glorious views of the Scottish and English Border, and is only a short walk from the beautiful wooded River Till. Review November 2024: "What a beautiful property and grounds. We had the most tranquil winter stay with open fires each evening and crisp walks each day. Check in was made so easy on the tablet provided, the property was spotless, we also booked the amazing breakfast hamper which came with so much beautiful local produce."

Orchard Cottage

Set within a beautiful private orchard and with panoramic views of the Cheviot hills, the cottage is ideal as a romantic retreat or hideaway for families. The cottage is also dog friendly for up to 2 well behaved furry friends! Review December 2024: "We had such a wonderful time staying in the Orchard Cottage. Lucy and crew were wonderful hosts - we had a great deal of privacy, but they were always friendly, responsive, and helpful if we needed"
