About Pauline Beaumont
Pauline Beaumont, who lives at Tiptoe’s Farmhouse, is not only a skilled bread-making instructor but also the author of Bread Therapy: The Mindful Art of Baking Bread. Her book delves into how bread-making can enhance mental well-being and foster mindfulness, creativity, and self-care.
Pauline believes bread making is more than just a culinary craft—it’s a transformative experience that brings a sense of calm and connection to ourselves and the natural world. She encourages everyone to embrace the therapeutic qualities of this ancient practice.
As a valued member of the Tiptoe Retreat community, Pauline’s work aligns seamlessly with our ethos of slowing down, reconnecting with nature, and embracing relaxation. Rosie Carroll, founder of Tiptoe Retreat, shares, “We feel very fortunate that Pauline lives here at Tiptoe. Her work and values perfectly align with Tiptoe Retreat’s focus on slowing down, taking time to relax, and reconnecting with nature.”
Pauline’s workshops offer more than just baking skills—they create an enriching experience where personal growth, mindfulness, and creativity can flourish. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or trying your hand for the first time, this is a chance to nurture both body and mind.
