What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice that originated in Japan.

Reiki is often used as a complementary therapy alongside standard medical care. It works by channelling universal energy to help bring the body and mind back into balance—supporting natural healing, reducing stress, and creating a deep sense of peace.
