Border View sits in a row of traditional farm cottages at Tiptoe Farm. The accommodation sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and has glorious views of the Scottish and English Border, and is only a short walk from the River Till.
There is a large open kitchen with a cosy alcove dining area. The sitting room is spacious with a large bay window and newly fitted wood burning stove and many original features on display. The boot room has plenty of space to store all your wellies, coats & fishing gear. At the back there is a large enclosed west facing garden which is perfect spot for sunsets.
Bedroom 1: Super Kingsize bed OR Twin.
Bedroom 2: En suite Double room.
Guests will receive a welcome pack on arrival: a loaf of freshly baked bread, milk, 6 free range eggs from Chatton Farm, and a pot of local honey.

We are cycle friendly and have a secure lockable room onsite with additional lockers for storage.
Please book your cottage and fishing separately. Accommodation and fishing can be booked using the different booking systems we have available. Remember to book the fishing for the days you require during your stay.
Day rods can also be booked the same way.
